About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the World Future Energy Summit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, event promotion, and sustainability sectors, with proven experience driving footfall, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role involves experience with digital and traditional marketing channels, managing partnerships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of compelling content that supports the growth and impact of the World Future Energy Summit as a leading global platform for future energy and cleantech.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the three-day exhibition and conference across all sub-sectors and themes.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital, print, and media platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Help drive audience acquisition through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and digital outreach
  • Oversee content development for social media, website, emails, and promotional assets
  • Monitor campaign performance, content engagement and generate reports with actionable insights
  • Support PR efforts and liaise with communication teams for press releases and media engagement
  • Collaborating with sales teams to develop tools and materials that support lead generation and conversion
  • Coordinate onsite branding and sponsorship fulfillment
  • Identify and build relationships with Industry Associations to bolster the event and its brand perception


Requirements

  • Have a bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Have demonstrable relevant experience in event marketing, ideally within the events or exhibitions industry.
  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be able to work in an ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Have demonstrable experience with B2B events and Energy/Sustainability sector
