Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Agency Coordination
Ø Establish and maintain clear and concise communication with appointed agencies to ensure alignment with Palace Group’s vision and values.
Ø Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple agencies, ensuring seamless project execution and resolution of discrepancies.
Ø Optimize the efforts of each agency to meet marketing and business objectives, maximizing the Return On Investment (ROI).
Ø Regularly evaluate the agencies’ performance to ensure effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Ø Coordinate with agencies to secure performance insights, evaluate strategies, and refine approaches.
Ø Schedule regular meetings with agencies to ensure alignment and monitor project progress.
· Brand Development and Management
Ø Develop and maintain a robust brand identity for Palace Group, positioning the company as a leading super-prime residential developer and contractor in the UAE.
Ø Ensure all creative outputs, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, align with the brand’s luxurious and premium positioning.
Ø Collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Ø Shape key messaging and tone of voice to emphasize the exclusivity and luxury of new projects.
· Public Relations and Media Outreach
Ø Oversee relations with the corporate Public Relations (PR) agency to secure media coverage in luxury publications and online platforms.
Ø Work with the PR agency to strategize media outreach and develop press releases for corporate projects, milestones, property launches, and other events.
Ø Review monthly PR reports and media coverage to ensure optimal brand exposure.
Ø Plan and oversee events for project launches, ensuring cohesive execution across social media, media coverage, and branding.
Ø Approve content such as press releases and articles to ensure alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives, before final approval from the General Manager.
· Marketing Asset Creation
Ø Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, fact sheets, website, signage, stationary, videos, Computer-Generated Imageries (CGIs) and property renderings.
Ø Ensure all marketing assets reflect a cohesive brand image across online and offline platforms.
Ø Guide the development of client presentations highlighting key project features in collaboration with the design team.
· Stakeholder Coordination
Ø Serve as the primary contact between Palace Group and real estate companies and brokers, managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), brokerage agreements, and related communications.
Ø Coordinate and organize presentations for real estate agencies, client meetings, and high-net-worth investors.
Ø Manage cross-team coordination to streamline workflows and achieve marketing objectives.
· Budget Management
Ø Oversee the allocation of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal distribution across agencies and materials.
Ø Prepare and present weekly reports to senior management on marketing activities, project statuses, and budget updates.
· Team Management
Ø Oversee the operations of the marketing department by delegating tasks and balancing the workload efficiently.
Ø Provide support and guidance to ensure a clear and effective execution of the work.
Ø Maintain smooth communication and collaboration between the marketing team and other parties, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
· Project-Specific Marketing Initiatives
o Collaborate with the marketing and branding agencies to establish and maintain a consistent brand identity, encompassing logo design, visual identity, and messaging.
o Work with the PR agency on strategy development, media outreach, and securing high-profile press coverage.
o Oversee media activations, interviews, and event-related branding to enhance luxury brand recognition.
o Ensure that all marketing agencies collaborate seamlessly for new project launches, integrating efforts across branding, PR and social media.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Education:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
o A Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
· Experience:
o A minimum of 12 years of experience in a marketing role.
o Proven expertise in managing complex campaigns and cross-functional agency collaborations.
o Experience within the luxury sector, particularly within luxury brands, construction, or real estate.
· Skills:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with a focus on luxury branding.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and performance analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
