Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement local and regional marketing plans to attract target markets and increase occupancy.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Coordinate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and special offers.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; adjust strategies to optimize results.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media to ensure effective campaign execution.
Coordinate events and community involvement activities to promote the property.
Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with Marriott s brand standards and policies.
Prepare budgets and manage expenses related to marketing activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in hospitality or hotel marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
