Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Manage the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, and communication tools in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to marketing team members.
  • Report regularly on marketing performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor degree of pharmacy, Science or vet
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
