Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Positioning: Define and refine the go to market strategy for BillQode s platform, positioning it as the future of smart dining for restaurants and caf s.
  • Campaign Planning: Execute demand generation and brand campaigns across digital, content, events, and channel marketing to attract fintech-adjacent restaurant clients.
  • Product Marketing: Translate platform capabilities (AI personalization, payment integration, loyalty) into compelling messaging, sales enablement, and customer ROI stories.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive space (e.g. restaurant-tech, hospitality SaaS), customer feedback and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to launch co marketing initiatives with POS providers, payment gateways, local restaurateurs or fintech integrations.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Monitor KPIs (leads, conversion, CAC, LTV), optimize spend across channels, and report growth business cases to leadership.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and grow a high performing small marketing team or agency partners to deliver campaigns efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or software B2B verticals.
  • Proven success launching marketing campaigns that drove revenue and brand awareness.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools, content marketing (blogs, case studies, webinars), and channel tactics.
  • Experience in product marketing positioning AI-driven platform features into benefits, messaging frameworks, campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Data driven: comfortable with marketing analytics tools, tracking CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical teams and present to stakeholders.
