Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy for our entire portfolio of imported brands. This senior role involves building brand equity, driving consumer demand, and creating powerful trade marketing programs to support our sales channels. You will own the marketing budget, lead all campaigns, and be the primary guardian of our brands in the Lebanese market.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget in alignment with company objectives.


Act as the primary brand manager for all imported product lines, developing local brand strategies and ensuring consistency with international brand guidelines.


Design and execute innovative trade marketing strategies and promotions for both the wholesale and HORECA channels.


Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, including Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, sales presentations, and digital assets.


Manage the digital marketing presence for key brands, including social media strategy, content creation, online advertising, and performance analytics.


Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, events, and consumer promotions.


Conduct continuous market research and analysis of consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify key insights and opportunities.


Work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager to ensure marketing efforts are directly supporting sales targets.


Track, measure, and report on the performance and Return on Investment (ROI) of all marketing campaigns to senior management.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.


A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Lebanese FMCG or F&B sector.


Proven experience in brand management and trade marketing is essential.


Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising platforms.


Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Demonstrated ability to manage a marketing budget effectively.


Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.


Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to liaise with international brand partners.
