We need an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is eager to do all of this and more. The ideal candidate has prior experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns, as well as managing and inspiring a team. They will be at ease with both day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy, and they will thrive under tight deadlines and changing needs. We want to hear from you if you are a people person who enjoys the rewarding challenge of building a brand.ObjectivesEstablish positioning, identify target audiences, and create marketing plans with specific goals for various channels and segmentsOversee the implementation of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and encouraging collaborationDevelop successful strategies by analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practicesCreate, maintain, and execute analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactical recommendationsCollaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to create, test, and improve lead-generation strategiesResponsibilitiesDevelop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets, in collaboration with the creative team.Plan and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and customer lifecycles, ensuring that communications and messaging are consistent across all channels.Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, set budget guidelines, attend events, document business processes, and provide sales support.Collect customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.Using tracking and analysis, determine the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets, as well as present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsPreferred QualificationsProficiency with online marketing and social media strategyProven experience designing interactive applications and networking platformsWillingness and ability to travelEstablished contacts with media
