About the Role

We are building a credible, regulated crypto exchange in the UAE. As Marketing Manager, you will help ensure the right audiences are aware of our platform-from institutional investors to retail users, fintech founders, and Shariah-compliant family offices.
You ll execute high-impact marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across channels. If you re part strategist, part creator, and fully execution-focused, this is your next challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaigns and Growth Marketing
- Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and display.
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, and marketing automation strategies to drive qualified leads and acquisition.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, ROI, and LTV.
Content and Communications
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to shape user education, product messaging, and thought leadership.
- Manage content calendars, blogs, social posts, and client-facing materials.
- Support internal teams with pitch decks, branded assets, and event collateral.
Community and Digital Presence
- Grow the social media footprint across channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Manage influencer and KOL outreach programs aligned with brand tone and compliance standards.
- Support PR, events, and co-marketing initiatives with partners and clients.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align execution with strategy.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver on go-to-market initiatives.
- Own marketing dashboards, campaign reports, and performance insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, etc.
- Experience managing B2B or B2C marketing campaigns with measurable success.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
- Comfortable navigating compliance-sensitive environments with attention to detail.
- Data-driven, curious, and collaborative by nature.
