Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager - Automotive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive sales growth across the automotive division. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement to strengthen the company’s position in the automotive market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for vehicles, parts, and services.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and manage product launches, dealership promotions, and automotive exhibitions.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, videos, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and control the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs and analytics, preparing regular performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, media partners, and advertising agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity across all platforms and communication channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, brand development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
