Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing In-Charge to lead and manage marketing activities across a diversified group of companies, including Real Estate, Entertainment, Engineering, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple business verticals.
- Manage and coordinate marketing activities across the group of companies.
- Plan and execute digital, print, outdoor, and social media marketing campaigns.
- Oversee branding, advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate with sales, business development, and external agencies/vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in Qatar, preferably within diversified industries including (Real estate, Entertainment, Engineering) etc.
- Proven experience managing marketing for multiple companies or business units.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
