Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Executive to take ownership of our online presence. This role is ideal for a young, hands-on individual with a strong eye for visual storytelling, who is comfortable capturing and editing photos/videos, managing social media channels, and driving content strategy in line with our brand. This individual will be embedded within our day-to-day operations, regularly visiting villa renovation sites to create compelling digital content that reflects our work, ethos, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Capture high-quality images and videos of ongoing renovation projects, team activity, and final project reveals
• Edit content into short-form formats for social media
• Maintain an organized library of visual assets for future marketing use
Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn • Draft engaging copy/captions aligned with brand voice and tone
• Monitor trends and recommend content that aligns with what’s current in the market
• Respond to comments, DMs, and drive community engagement when needed
Brand & Campaign Support:
• Collaborate with leadership to support marketing campaigns, events, and announcements
• Produce visual assets for pitch decks or investor updates if needed
• Suggest innovative formats, partnerships, or ideas that elevate brand presence
Performance & Reporting:
• Track engagement, growth, and reach across platforms
• Use insights to refine future content strategy and improve results
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging content using smartphones or cameras
• Proficiency with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong grasp of Instagram, LinkedIn, and general digital content trends
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A portfolio of previous work (personal projects, Instagram/TikTok, or client work)
Desirable:
• Experience in interiors, construction, design, or real estate is a plus
• Familiarity with performance analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
