Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote manpower supply services, focusing on client acquisition and retention within target industries.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in potential client companies, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for service expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of the manpower supply company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the manpower supply or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the manpower supply industry, including relevant regulations and market dynamics.
