Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster professional growth.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including BTL activities, events, branding, and billboard promotions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achieve the highest ROI for all campaigns.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign reach.
- Drive the creation of compelling content and promotional materials to support brand positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate identity across all marketing channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years in the real estate or property development sector and/or at least 7 years in a managerial position with proven experience in a senior marketing role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
