Job Description

We are seeking a visionary, execution-focused Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and brand transformation strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the public perception, brand equity, and positioning of a leading construction company and elevate it to Tier 1 status in the industry locally and internationally.


You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with executive leadership to define, amplify, and differentiate the company s identity in a competitive market.


Responsibilities


- Brand Transformation: Develop and lead the brand repositioning strategy to establish the company as a Tier 1 construction and infrastructure partner in the region and beyond.


- Strategic Marketing: Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across corporate brand, communications, digital, PR, sponsorships, and reputation management.


- Thought Leadership & Visibility: Elevate the company s presence through executive visibility, media relations, industry partnerships, and awards.


- Creative Direction: Build a distinctive brand identity through consistent messaging, visual assets, campaigns, and storytelling.


- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking and stakeholder analysis to inform brand and marketing strategy.


- Integrated Communications: Oversee internal and external communications, including digital platforms, content strategy, and corporate materials.


- Leadership & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; foster a culture of creativity, performance, and accountability.


- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, project directors, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.


Requirements:


- 12+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


- From a Real Estate, Construction or similar industry


- Proven success in brand transformation or repositioning, ideally within construction, real estate, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.


- Strong understanding of corporate brand building, reputation management, and stakeholder communications.


- Experience working closely with CEOs and executive leadership.


- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills able to move between high-level vision and tactical detail.


- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.


- Regional experience in the GCC is highly desirable.
