Marketing Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidate and analyze marketing data across all three brands to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, and media performance.

Collaborate closely with media buying and CRM teams to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.

Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards and reports to management with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Support the development and refinement of marketing strategies through data analysis and ROI evaluation.

Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting by centralizing and maintaining a unified analytics framework across all brands.

Identify performance gaps and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
