Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, print, events).
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage the content calendar and collaborate with content creators, designers, events and sales teams.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, etc.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives to build brand loyalty and increase retention.
  • Organize coffee tasting events, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and product information across platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in a marketing role; experience in food & beverage or FMCG is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Passion for coffee and a good understanding of the specialty coffee scene is an advantage.
