Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the marketing and sales department, the main mission of the position holder will be to implement and manage the company's marketing and pricing policy in line with the company's overall strategy, through these various missions:

  • Participate in the marketing strategy adapted to the commercial positioning of the company or scope (geographic sector, brand or group of brands);
  • Participate in action plans and communication plans;
  • To offer communication materials, particularly digital ones;
  • Implement and monitor operational marketing actions: media plan, sales support tools, web communication;
  • Create new tools and materials: flyers, catalogues;
  • Manage and run digital marketing tools (company website, social media);
  • Conduct a statistical analysis (traffic on websites and digital communication tools, commercial performance within the defined scope;
  • Prepare a call for tenders in compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Analyze the offers of a service provider (communication agencies, press relations agency, web agencies and developers, trade marketing agencies, marketing research institutes, etc.) based on different indicators;
  • Analyze the outputs of service providers and propose adjustments based on the company's needs;
  • Select the communication tools and media adapted to the company's needs;
  • Organize events that support the company's communication strategy;
  • To write and update the content of the company's communication materials;
  • Analyze the visibility of the company's products and brands;
  • To be constantly on the lookout for new trends and current events

Qualifications:

  • to be a graduate of a renowned university or school in this field
  • Having a minimum of three (03) years' experience in this position or a similar position,
  • Ability to meaningfully stimulate engagement and conversion.
  • Creative and able to identify new growth channels and innovate with clever hacks;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Sense of organization and rigor;
  • Mastery of office tools (G Suite in particular);
  • Dynamic, proactive and curious are qualities that are recognized in you with a great open-mindedness;
  • Autonomy doesn't scare you;
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. 

Desired Candidate Profile

A degree from a renowned university or school in this field; a minimum of three (3) years of experience in this or a similar position; proven ability to significantly boost engagement and conversion; creativity and the ability to identify new growth channels and innovate with smart hacks; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency in office software (especially G Suite); a dynamic, proactive, and curious nature with a broad-minded approach; you are comfortable working independently; and experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
