Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and email campaigns

Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messaging

Manage the company's online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring

Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications

Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners

Lead and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies

Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation

Tailor marketing strategies to the unique cultural and business landscape of Saudi Arabia

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communications strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
