Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the company s social media platforms and assisting in content planning.
  • Handling incoming leads from ads and online platforms.
  • Contacting doctors, explaining product details, installment options, delivery schedules, and payment process.
  • Managing the company s phone (a work mobile will be provided).
  • Following up with doctors even after working hours when needed to finalize orders and maintain communication.
  • Welcoming doctors/customers at the office when required.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, providing ideas, and contributing to the success of social media activities not only executing tasks, but also suggesting improvements.
  • Participating in events, campaigns, or exhibitions as needed.br>

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical or dental sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
