Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the company s social media platforms and assisting in content planning.
- Handling incoming leads from ads and online platforms.
- Contacting doctors, explaining product details, installment options, delivery schedules, and payment process.
- Managing the company s phone (a work mobile will be provided).
- Following up with doctors even after working hours when needed to finalize orders and maintain communication.
- Welcoming doctors/customers at the office when required.
- Supporting marketing campaigns, providing ideas, and contributing to the success of social media activities not only executing tasks, but also suggesting improvements.
- Participating in events, campaigns, or exhibitions as needed.br>
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical or dental sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
