Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Tracking

  • Manage and monitor marketing campaigns such as Gold Coin, including winner records, procurement, deliveries, and promotions.
  • Support Cashback/Coupon campaigns, including tracking and measuring performance.
  • Execute and monitor daily exchange rate SMS and push notifications.

Product & Technology Support

  • Manage app content updates and translations.
  • Coordinate and track app Firebase events to ensure accurate reporting.

Brand & Social Media Coordination

  • Support in raising PRs/POs.
  • Track brand deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with social media management and coordination with agencies.

Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative tasks within the marketing team.
  • Provide reporting and campaign updates to the Director of Commercial, Growth Lead, and Product Lead on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support PRs/POs, social media, and brand deliverables.

Decision-Making Authority

  • Responsible for the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Holds limited decision-making authority and escalates to the Growth Lead when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 24 years in marketing, campaign management, or related role; experience in fintech/financial services preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, push/SMS platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of app content management and Firebase analytics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver results under tight timelines.
