Role Summary:
The MARKETING AND CLINICAL APPLICATION ASSISTANT MANAGER is responsible for
ensuring the ongoing support and system administration of business marketing and
clinical applications activities that support FUJIFILM’s day-to-day business operations. To
be successful in this role you must be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks and
accommodating diverse staff and physician needs.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your primary responsibilities consist of application
support and change management, system administration, educational agreements,
demonstration oversight, and communications leadership across regional support
teams. Management responsibilities include overseeing support tickets, issues
resolution, and application change management to deliver timely and well-coordinated
operations support. This leader is also responsible for managing the company's
marketing initiatives. Understanding and anticipating customers’ needs and help
strategically positioning products/solutions to generate leads for the commercial
organization. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and
planning. Oversees the production of all regional promotional materials and marketing
campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications: Clinical application and marketing assistant managers
frequently liaise between business needs and creative personnel, so you need to balance
leadership and strategic roles. Companies typically hire candidates with at least a
bachelor’s degree, along with the following skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent
2. 7+ years of relevant marketing or clinical application experience in medical
imaging equipment with leadership position for 3+ years minimum.
3. Marketing/Business Bachelor’s or MBA Degree (preferred)
4. Ability to set a strategy and action plan with clarity and help distributors to
implement
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partner relationships with distributors
6. Proven success at building successful modern marketing strategies (Partner
marketing, Lead generation/handling, End-User)
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
8. Ability to lead in a complex, matrixed environment.
9. Comfort with ambiguity and driving transformation
10. Ability to travel frequently
11. Arabic & English fluency
12. Good presentation skills
