Main Responsibilities

• Research market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
• Source and select products for the store, ensuring quality and variety.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Plan and coordinate product displays with the team.
• Track product performance and recommend changes to improve sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• 2 3 years of experience in merchandising, market research, or product sourcing, ideally in retail or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail operations.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
