Roles & Responsibilities


Your main tasks
Support the execution of new Projects: Capacity studies, Equipment ordering, Staff Training.
Define and Review Manufacturing lot-sizes (EOQ s)
Optimize and re-structure existing Manufacturing Processes
Creation of Process Documentation & Work Instructions acc. to ISO-9001 standards
Coordinate and lead the introduction of Engineering changes and new products.
Implement TEOA specific KPI and Reporting standards.
Monitor OEE, Scrap rate and Line efficiency and lead action plans to enhance these metrics.
Your ideal background
Master's degree in industrial Engineering similar field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Engineering, specifically in overmolding and cable assembly, is required.
Advanced communication skills especially in English.
