Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Director-level Valuation professional to join our growing valuation team. This role requires a deep understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, industry research, and delivering clear and defensible valuation opinions for a wide range of purposes including financial reporting, transaction advisory and tax.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree (or higher) preferred
- Professional qualification(s) (such as CFA, ACA) highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong report writing and presentation capabilitiesspan
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in business valuation
- Exposure across multiple sectors preferred
- Proven experience with valuation tools and platforms (Excel, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong report writing and presentation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and work under deadlines
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
