Job Description

Synopsis

The Manager Hospitality, Style and Image is responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience by overseeing the design and implementation of hospitality elements across various touchpoints, including lounges, inflight services, and ground operations as well as the visual and stylistic elements of Etihad Airways. This role ensures that all hospitality services align with Etihad Airways brand standards and contribute to a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Accountabilities

Develop and implement hospitality strategies that align with Etihad Airways brand values and guest experience objectives.

Oversee the design and assist with execution of hospitality elements, including lounge environments, inflight services, and ground operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations teams, to integrate hospitality initiatives into broader service offerings.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hospitality programs through guest feedback, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks, making adjustments as necessary to enhance the guest experience.

Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality hospitality services that meet Etihad Airways standards.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on service design and guest experience.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver hospitality initiatives that enhance brand perception and customer satisfaction.

Strong understanding of hospitality trends, customer expectations, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
