Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure consistent store quality standards across assigned regions by conducting routine audits, tracking compliance with operational SOPs, and supporting the implementation of corrective measures. The role is designed for motivated fresh MBA graduates who aspire to build a strong career in retail operations, store audit, and compliance management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Store Quality & Audit

  • Conduct routine audits in stores across the region to assess compliance with VIVA’s operational standards and policies.
  • Evaluate store hygiene, customer service, planogram adherence, stock handling, and overall visual standards.
  • Identify gaps and prepare detailed audit reports with corrective action plans.
  • Monitor the completion of corrective actions and escalate repeated non-compliance to regional leadership.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain store compliance trackers covering hygiene, visual standards, expiry controls, and stock management.
  • Verify store records (rosters, attendance, and safety compliance) during audits.
  • Coordinate with store managers and area managers to close audit observations within timelines.
  • Support internal audit and HR teams during compliance reviews.

Process Improvement & Learning

  • Support the implementation of new processes and SOPs in stores.
  • Share best practices observed during audits with other regions to drive standardization.
  • Assist in preparing monthly summary dashboards and regional performance reviews.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Admin teams for audit-related documentation and follow-up.
  • Support during special projects and seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc.) to ensure quality and brand standards.

Qualification & Experience

MBA (preferably in Retail, Operations, or General Management) from a recognized university.

Experience: 0–2 years.


Skills and Capabilities

· Strong process orientation.

· Good observation skills and eye for detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Willingness to travel frequently to stores across the region.
