Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating high-priority projects and initiatives assigned by the President & CEO, the Board of Directors, and the Vice President International Relations. The role will oversee and ensure the effective execution of special projects, including ICC-related initiatives, WCF engagements, and taskforce-driven programs, in alignment with Dubai Chambers strategic objectives, and will serve as a key liaison across internal departments, external stakeholders, and international partners, ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Projects Management
• Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives requested by the PCEO, Board, or VP International Relations.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
ICC & International Cooperation
• Oversee ICC-related projects and programs.
• Coordinate with ICC, WCF, and global stakeholders to align activities with Dubai Chambers international objectives.
• Manage taskforce-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with Dubai Chambers strategic goals.
• Provide comprehensive reports, analysis, and recommendations to leadership
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as focal point for cross-departmental collaboration and external engagement on special projects.
• Build strong working relationships with government entities, international organizations, and business councils.
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure all projects are executed in line with Dubai Chambers policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
Special Projects Management
• Manage the planning and implementation of all special projects as required, to ensure execution within agreed standards, parameters, and objectives. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement
• Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
• Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Dubai Chamber requirements, policies and quality standards.
