Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

During your tenure as a EA Hub Lead, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Establishing and managing the leadership support hub in Jordan
  • Leading mentoring and developing a team of executive assistants to deliver high-quality leadership support.
  • Designing and maintaining an EA service catalogue to ensure consistency, scalability, and service excellence.
  • Monitoring team KPIs, ensuring operational effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for leadership, ensuring strong communication and alignment with business priorities.
  • Ensuring partner and leadership satisfaction through proactive support and effective stakeholder management.
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to align on best practices and operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business management, or related field (master s preferred).
  • 8 12 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Strong background in operations management, stakeholder engagement, project management and service delivery.
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop processes, service catalogues, and KPIs to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
