Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
The role is responsible to create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure all services are of the highest quality and delivered on time. He/she looking for someone focused on increasing productivity by introducing smart sourcing solutions and agile services to decrease manual work. include evaluating suppliers, maintaining relationships, approving products, and ensuring the cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, or goods.
Responsibilities
Maintaining relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and reviewing contracts for legal compliance
Analyzing costs and recommending ways to reduce expenses by identifying opportunities for process improvement or technology enhancement
Recommending new suppliers and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure that all terms are met
Preparing reports on expenditures and analyzing trends in spending to identify areas of potential waste or abuse
Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers who can meet the company's needs
Negotiating contract terms with vendors, including price, delivery schedule, and payment terms
Following up with vendors to ensure that orders are delivered on time and within budget parameters
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that orders are processed correctly
Ensure / participate in implementation, adherence and enforcement to SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and other related bodies required for D360 Bank to remain compliant to but not limited to policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
Would have 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience has been demonstrated
An experienced professional who can deliver on difficult technical tasks
Has project implementation experience
Is self-sufficient at work and could be given small project responsibility
Has provided technical supervision to junior staff in the past
