What You ll Do
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost savings
* Lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement for assets, equipment, and operational needs
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate supplier agreements
* Provide data-driven procurement insights to align with financial and operational goals
* Manage, coach, and develop the procurement team for performance and growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier partnerships and workflows
* Lead contract negotiations and renewals ensuring legal and financial compliance
* Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery standards
* Drive automation of procurement processes and adopt best practices for efficiency
* Manage large procurement projects, including equipment purchases and fit-outs
* Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for senior leadership
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
* Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure operational resilience
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* 5 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience with at least 2 years in leadership
* Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
* Proven experience in CAPEX and OPEX procurement and supplier relationship management
* Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
* Project management experience in procurement optimization and cost control
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
* Analytical skills to interpret procurement data and identify market trends
* Detail-oriented with strong planning and reporting capabilities
