About The Role
Atlantis is seeking a strategic and driven Manager, Procurement to support the Director of Procurement in leading our sourcing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a professional, efficient, and flexible Procurement shared service that aligns with our brand standards and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies and policies for the category. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, audit requirements, and ethical standards. Supplier & Contract Management: Lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms. Financial Insight: Conduct commercial analyses to support procurement decisions. Team Development: Inspire and manage a small team, fostering growth through coaching, training, and performance management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across departments. Quality & Logistics Oversight: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely, quality-controlled procurement processes. About YouYou hold a bachelor s degree and have relevant procurement experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, hospitality or hotel industry, with a strong foundation in business and financial analysis. Your analytical and research skills are exceptional, and you possess proven leadership qualities along with excellent interpersonal abilities.You have a proven track record in developing and executing procurement strategies, as well as hands-on experience in supplier management. You have a solid technical understanding of business processes and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
