Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
During your tenure as a Manager SAP Treasury and Risk Management module, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Lead in SAP S/4 TRMS and FSCP solution implementation projects (business requirements reviews, system configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution, post go-live support).
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and go live of customer implementation projects.
- Perform process design reviews and develop detailed plan of process implementation.
- Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans.
- Acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves problems).
- Identify, extract, and share knowledge assets from Cash Management, and Treasury S/4HANA projects with the internal consulting and advisory practice.
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Instruments, Bank and Cash Reconciliations and all other Corporate Treasury related processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of treasury and related governance for large corporates.
- Hands-on experience in BCM payments, IHC payments, and payment interfaces.
- Proven expertise and commitment to knowledge management and mentoring junior consultants.
- Closely cooperate with different Deloitte teams on multi-functional problems.
- Ability to build an in-depth knowledge of the client s business and stay up to date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
- Manages effectively across cross-geography teams, flexing to cultural differences, and shared views on project quality, objectives, and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- University degree in Financial Accounting or IT / Computer Science or related field or a relevant master s degree is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Associate certification for SAP Treasury Management.
- 8+ years SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in Treasury and Risk Management and at least 3 end to end implementation of TRMS module.
- Quantitative and analytical skills and ability to work with diverse cultures in a global team.
- 4-5 years of experience as a team lead in SAP S/4 Hana FSCM or TRM implementation will be highly regarded.
- Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted.
- Required proficiency in English (written and spoken). However, proficiency in Arabic (Written and spoken) will be a plus.
- Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs.
- Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to sell additional services to clients
- Ability to conduct extensive research
- Travel requirement: though the resource will be based in Riyadh, however frequent travel (up to 50%) may be required
- General knowledge and understanding of corporate and banking treasury management.
- Basic ABAP development knowledge (debug and simple code understanding).
- Strong analytical skills and a validated bias toward action.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Very good ability to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops about multi-functional topics and solutions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a constantly evolving business environment.
