Manager Inventory Control

Responsible for staff scheduling, MMS training, daily operations, inventory accuracy, physical counts, GL posting and closing of financial books over accounts of responsibility.

Analyses data as required and maintain equipment in functional status. Assist in maintaining MMS system accuracy. Create item numbers, research discrepancies and post results.

Staffing schedules and training as required.

Receive, process and check merchandise verifying the correctness of the shipment against the purchase order and delivery notice/invoice.

Resolve PO discrepancies with Purchasing.

Prepare forms and maintain records dealing with discrepancies and damaged merchandise.

Prepare shipments for return to vendors, prepares deliveries to department recipients.

Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Controller

Interact with Department and Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively

Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct

Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times

Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards

Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible
