Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HSW Manager (Reporting, Analysis & Training) is responsible for driving data-informed health, safety, and welfare performance. This role leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HSW data to identify trends, improve reporting quality, and support evidence-based decision-making.

Working closely with project teams, the role ensures consistent reporting, accurate analysis of incidents and leading indicators, and the effective communication of insights to senior management and stakeholders.

The position also oversees delivery of Internal HSW training and competency programs aligned with corporate standards, ensuring workforce capability, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage HSW reporting and analytics frameworks.
  • Produce performance dashboards and trend analyses for leadership.
  • Lead HSW training in line with Enterprise strategy, content development, and delivery.
  • Support audit findings, learning reviews, and improvement actions.
  • Drive consistency, learning, and compliance across all project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Professional Certifications (if required)

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in health, safety, and welfare management, with a strong focus on reporting and training.
  • Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or mega projects is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing safety training programs and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and presenting insights effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and drive initiatives within a team environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering positive relationships to enhance safety performance.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001) is preferred.
