Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance for the entire Rockwool production line.

  • Ensure maximum uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance.

  • Handle 33 KV substation, PCC, MCC panels, PLC, SCADA & VFD systems.

  • Execute automation, Capex & Opex projects within timelines.

  • Maintain statutory compliance with local electrical authorities.

  • Supervise calibration and certification of instruments & measuring devices.

  • Monitor spare parts planning and ensure electrical safety across the plant.

  • Train and guide team members to enhance technical performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Instrumentation.

  • Minimum 8 years experience in continuous process industries (preferably Rockwool/Glass Wool).

  • 33 KV Supervisory License preferred.

  • Exposure to EHS, SAP/Oracle, ISO9001, TPM, and TQM systems is an advantage.
