Manager, EH&B Data Analytics & Reporting

In this position, you will manage actuarial and quantitative analysis projects, collaborating with both junior and senior staff to model and forecast risk and financial impact.

Deliver regular claims analysis reports in line with cyclical commitments, often under tight deadlines.

Present final reports and propose solutions to clients, incorporating input from senior staff.

Conduct peer reviews of junior staff analyses to ensure adherence to established standards and quality control.

Perform data analysis on complex projects using Excel or PowerBI, customizing models based on client needs and regulations.

Develop intellectual capital by researching regulatory requirements and updating modeling templates to enhance company offerings.

What you need to have:

• A strong background in actuarial science, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and presentation of findings.
