Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Saud Bahwan Group is looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead key functions such as controllership, payables, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, audit coordination, and internal controls. The role will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimization across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage controllership, month-end closing, payables, and payroll
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Lead and develop the finance team

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
• CA/ICWA with 15 –26 years of Finance & Accounts experience
• Strong exposure to controllership, FP&A, budgeting, payroll & audit
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations and systems
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
