Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and execute internal creative design projects including branding materials, logos for products or initiatives, and internal campaign assets
Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all internal and external communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, HR, leadership) to craft compelling visual presentations and branded content
Design and elevate PowerPoint/keynote presentations for leadership and internal events
Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or freelance resources as needed
Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand resources
Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in visual design, content design, or art direction
Previous experience in an agency setting or on an in-house brand/creative team
Exceptional design sensibility with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity, and presentation design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint; experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL E, Runway) is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and digital design trends
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with cross-functional partners
Highly organized with an eye for detail and consistency
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
Bachelor s degree in Art / equivalent
