Our Consulting team supports the transformation of the Finance Departments of large Moroccan and international groups. Our projects include all technological and digital dimensions. 

Within our team, you will be involved in projects that affect the organization and performance of Finance Departments:

Quantitative and qualitative benchmarks of the support functions and the Finance function in particular,

Identification of transformation scenarios and definition of new operating models with associated business cases

Evolution of the organization of accounting and management control functions (implementation and optimization of Shared Services Centers, Global Business Services or Centers of Excellence),

Definition, management and implementation of transformation roadmaps

Optimization of administrative and financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Fast & Smart Close),

Deployment of automation and/or robotization solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced senior consultant or a manager capable of supporting us in our growth and taking on multiple responsibilities:

You will manage your sites on assignment in terms of deliverables and supervision

You contribute to the development of business and customer relations

You contribute to the production of Thought Leadership (Offers, points of view, articles...)

You take part in the animation and development of the team

What we expect from you: 

You have a Bac+5 level diploma from an engineering or business school, IEP or 3rd cycle university specialized in finance/management

You have a minimum of 6 years' experience acquired in a consulting firm, in an outsourcing service provider or in a company.

You have an excellent knowledge of finance organizations (Global Business Services, Shared Services Centers) and administrative and financial processes.

Knowledge of the associated technological levers, such as automation, robotization and artificial intelligence solutions, and/or SAP and Oracle ERPs, is an asset
