Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that align with business objectives and enhance project viability.
• Conduct precise market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive advantages, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and marketing, to implement integrated commercial initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts with external stakeholders and manage relationships to secure favorable terms.
• Track and analyze project performance against budgets and KPIs, providing insights for corrective actions.
• Support the annual budget and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial performance for senior management review.
• Oversee payment processes to contractors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify risks associated with commercial activities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional development and comprehensive understanding of commercial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, particularly within large infrastructure projects or the entertainment industry
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in commercial management tools and software applications
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple concurrent projects
