Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- · Develop and execute retail and brand level promotion strategies to boost product sales and footfall.
- · Plan seasonal, festival based and tactical promotions tailored to various outlets and customer segments.
- · Create calendarized promotion plans in alignment with business goals and brand objectives.
- · Manage end to end execution of in store promotions, tasting events, product launches and brand activations.
- · Coordinate with other marketing team members, retail store staff and respective Business unit heads/ managers for consistent implementation of campaigns.
- · Supervise merchandising activities including signage, POS materials and shelf placement.
- · Design and implement strategies to push in house agency brand products in stores to increase the sales & topline.
- · Work with sales teams and trade marketing to ensure target volumes for agency brands are met.
- · Monitor competitor promotional activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- · Liaise with event vendors, branding agencies and printing partners for successful campaigns.
- · Negotiate promotional deals, sponsorships and partnerships with external parties when needed.
- · Track performance of promotional campaigns using different metrics.
- · Track the performing and non performing brand portfolios for increasing the effectiveness of the promotional activities.
- · Ensure all promotional activities comply with local laws, advertising regulations and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- · Bachelor’s/ MBA (digital marketing know-how is an added advantage)
- · 8-10 years of experience in retail promotions or any FMCG / Hospitality industry (experience in Alcohol industry will be preferred)
- · Minimum 5 years in the last role as Manager is required.
- · Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics.
- · Experience in working with multi retail outlet brand promotion activities.
- · Should have a valid driving license& should be flexible to working hours based on Business requirements.
- · Should be passionate in Sales/ BD/ Marketing
- · Age Bracket – 35- 40.
