Roles & Responsibilities

Location: UAE (Work from Office)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time
Experience Required: 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales
Education: Graduate (Finance/Accounting background preferred)


We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Lead / Manager to drive growth for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company entering the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling SaaS solutions, managing long sales cycles, and building relationships with senior decision-makers.


  • Drive the go-to-market strategy in the UAE
  • Generate and close B2B sales opportunities through outbound, inbound, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, HR leaders, and Procurement teams
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, demos, proposals, and closures
  • Collaborate with delivery, finance, and marketing teams to ensure client success
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Share market insights to influence pricing, partnerships, and product positioning

Desired Candidate Profile


✅ 6–8 years of B2B SaaS sales / business development experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
✅ Proven track record of closing high-value deals and handling long sales cycles
✅ Strong understanding of finance/accounting workflows (preferred)
✅ Excellent communication, consultative selling & relationship-building skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
✅ Local UAE market knowledge or strong professional network is an advantage
