Management Controller

Mission and Responsibilities:

• Develop in collaboration with operations the budget and the projected result (Forecasts / Strategic Plan) of the plant and ensure the adequacy of the assumptions made in relation to the overall strategy of the company before submitting to Management for final validation.
• Develop and adapt group management tools through the implementation of relevant monitoring of key industrial indicators and the identification of risks and opportunities having impacts on the economic performance of the site.
• Establish the factory's financial results, along with associated analyses and comments. Analyze and interpret the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results.
• Alert on potential deviations and initiate in collaboration with operational staff the necessary corrective measures and ensure the implementation of associated action plans.
• To control the preservation and proper management of the factory's assets (in relation to the Group's internal rules and applicable regulations).
• Assist operational staff in the day-to-day management of their budgets (investments and operating expenses) and verify their compliance with Group standards.
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of analysis and activity management tools; through constant critical analysis of the factory's information management system.
• To monitor the proper application of internal control procedures and standards and to respond to requests and questions from the Division, internal and external auditors.
• Respect and enforce the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Morocco.
• Respect and enforce the HSE norms and standards in force at Sews Cabind Maroc.
