Roles & Responsibilities

Management Control Manager
Assist structures in the development of their budgets.
Participate in the analysis of the coherence (commercial production)
Adjust resource budgets (personal procurement)
Establish and update the division of structures into centres of responsibility.
Participate in the elaboration of codification, the breakdown of charges (fixed/variable, direct, indirect)
To check compliance with the nomenclature of the components produced.
Actively participate in the analysis of cost and margin changes.
Carry out analysis studies of explanatory variables (in connection with the key processes: Finished and semi-finished products.
To monitor the indicators of the different industrial processes.
Establish the links between causes and possible effects according to the different results.
Establish activity projections (production time, consumption materials, consumption, equipment.
Analyze the responsibility (profit cost)
Edit key performance indicators by industrial function.
Update the control system (frequent measurability)
Analyze margins by product.
Carry out the periodic assessment of production productivity.
Analyze yield gaps.
Carry out analyses of the impact of downtime.
Prepare periodic activity reports and dashboards and ensure budgetary monitoring.
To develop within its core business the spirit of quality and continuous improvement.

Higher education in finance, management control or logistics (Bac+5, business school or equivalent)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment.
Excellent command of Excel, ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau...)
Analytical mind, rigor, sense of detail and strong business orientation
Ability to collaborate with operational teams in the field.
