Missions

Implementation and monitoring of the quality system:

Define and update procedures, operating methods and quality documents.

Ensure compliance of the management system with standards. ISO 9001, 

Participate in the development of the company's quality policy.

Continuous monitoring and improvement:

Plan and carry out internal audits.

Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and manage improvement plans.

Awareness and support for teams:

Train and raise awareness among staff about good quality practices.

Support the various departments in the application of procedures.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with standards.

Document management and compliance:

Maintain quality documentation.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and sector standards.

Prepare external audits and certifications.

Communication et reporting:

Write quality reports and present the results to management.

Ensure communication between the different departments on quality-related issues.

Act as the point of contact for customers/suppliers on quality issues.

Profile

Master 2 in management.

5 years of experience in a similar position.

proficiency in languages, English, French (written, oral).
