Roles & Responsibilities

KAD Commercial Property Management is seeking to hire an Operation Manager for one of the malls we manage in Cairo.

Job Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of operation experience in a similar position, preferably in a mall or FM company
  • Experience in:
    • Facility management/ supervision of service providers,
    • Contract Management
    • Familiarity with SLA agreements and service providers KPIs
    • Staff Management
    • Implements a high level of service standards
    • Crisis management
    • Event Management
    • Tenant relationship management
    • Reporting
  • Good computer skills
  • University graduate preferably in a relevant major
  • Presentable and possesses superior communication skills and tact
  • Good command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
