Mall Manager leads and oversees the overall operations of a shopping mall, ensuring a safe, attractive, and commercially successful environment for both visitors and tenants. This role involves strategic planning, daily operational oversight, tenant relations, marketing, and financial performance monitoring to drive footfall, occupancy, and revenue.

Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day mall operations including facilities, security, maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Tenant Relations & Leasing: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and support occupancy targets.

Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to attract customers, enhance the mall’s visibility, and increase footfall.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train and mentor mall staff and department heads to achieve performance goals and maintain high customer service standards.

Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance, including sales targets, revenue, and profitability.

Customer Experience: Ensure the mall delivers an excellent customer journey through effective service standards and facilities management.
