We are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to lead the leasing of our landmark Uptown Project – a large-scale development consisting of a residential city and four commercial city squares. The role will focus on leasing over 20,000 sqm of prime retail and office space across five phases over the next 1–3 years.

The ideal candidate will bring strong regional expertise, a network of top-tier brand relationships, and a proven track record of leasing large commercial spaces in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall leasing strategy for retail and office spaces within the Uptown Project.
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with global and regional brands, attracting them to the Oman market.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with anchor tenants, international retailers, F&B groups, and corporate clients.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process: tenant sourcing, space allocation, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Ensure optimal tenant mix planning to maximize footfall, revenue, and long-term project value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, project, finance) to align leasing objectives with overall business goals.
• Monitor market trends in GCC retail and commercial real estate to remain competitive and relevant.
• Support leasing of office spaces in addition to retail, ensuring strong corporate tenant acquisition.
