MALE required for Office Data Entry Position YATHRIB ALUMINIUM AND GLASS

We are Aluminium & Glass company located in Sharjah Industrial Area no 2. We have Job opening for a responsible Office Staff to perform verious administrative and clerical tasks. Details of Duties & requirements are mentioned below:- Maintaining files and dealing with other admin support tasks, Keeping an inventory of existing & ordering new ones as required, Maintain office paper work and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times Update client records and ensure are up to date Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Account Statements for Clients. Followup to Suppliers & Customers on Daily Basis.
