Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Male Receptionist cum Accountant for our clinic. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, assisting patients, handling billing, and supporting daily accounts-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients at the reception.
- Manage appointments, calls, and patient records.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and daily cash collection.
- Maintain accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Support clinic administration for smooth day-to-day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reception/accounts (healthcare/clinic experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks, etc.).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam an advantage).
- Presentable, customer-focused, and able to multitask.
